We have used Mike to create unique profiles for our proprietary method of digitally printing into the sub surface of anodised aluminium. Building a colour profile that works consistently from inks that we manufacture into a substrate that is not normally used and undergoes a colour change during print process production requires advanced skills and total understanding of the colour spectrum and our process. Michael is up to the challenge.

With a swag of large format printers now available on the market we have been delighted with the performance of our HP Designjet Z 3200 machine.

This 12-ink HP Designjet, with the new HP73 Chromatic Red Ink, delivers long lasting gallery quality prints in black and white and colour. It enables easy calibration and profiling with its embedded spectrophotometer!

Having been a follower and user of Epson machines it did take a great demo, by the team at Cielab, to see the ease of use and fantastic quality that this HP produces.

Michael and his team do more than sell these printers.  They have certainly forgotten more than most of us purport to know in replicating accurate colours on different types of media.  They offer a comprehensive range of calibration equipment and arrange support and profiling of the equipment you may have in your studio or printing establishment.

I am converted and have had many customers compliment us, over this last twelve months using the HP, as to how their images really do look so much more realistic than they have had printed previously elsewhere.

This well built 24″  printer really does make it easier to produce excellent prints on roll and sheet media, colour and/or black and white.

Cielab have been great.  They recommended the latex printer to replace our old 5500.  The savings have been enormous.
The best thing though has been the after sales support from Michael and the team.  We have had a couple of issues with the printer and RIP, Michael has been straight in resolving the issues.

I have had him here drinking tea up to 11pm at night, the following day (a public holiday) and offering to let us use his equipment on loan while we source a new printer.
He has worked to clear our problems on Saturdays and early mornings. Even head office can’t believe the lengths he goes to to give the customer full satisfaction.
To say we are happy with the service would be an understatement.
